This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Pillar Studio ("Pillar Studio", "we", "our", or "us"). By purchasing any service from pillarstudio.com.au, you agree to this Refund Policy.

This policy is strict and applies without exception unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

1. No Refunds After Purchase

All payments made to Pillar Studio are final and non-refundable.

By completing payment, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are purchasing a digital service.
  • Pillar Studio immediately allocates time, scheduling, and resources upon purchase.
  • You waive any right to a refund for change of mind, cancellation, or delay.

No refunds will be issued after payment is completed.

2. One Day Website Service

Upon successful payment:

  • Your project is immediately scheduled.
  • Work preparation may begin immediately.

Because resources are allocated upon purchase, no refunds are permitted under any circumstances after payment is made.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Business closure
  • Delayed communication
  • Failure to provide content
  • Failure to use the service
  • Dissatisfaction after delivery

3. Custom Website and Enterprise Services

Payments made toward Custom or Enterprise services are non-refundable.

This includes:

  • Deposits
  • Partial payments
  • Full payments

Once payment is made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances except where required by law.

4. Service Delivery Definition

Service delivery includes any of the following actions:

  • Project scheduling
  • Planning
  • Design work
  • Development work
  • Technical setup
  • Consultation
  • Preparation work

Once any service delivery activity occurs, refunds are strictly prohibited.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By completing payment, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Pillar Studio.

If a chargeback is initiated, Pillar Studio reserves the right to provide the following evidence:

  • This Refund Policy
  • Proof of payment
  • Proof of agreement
  • Proof of service delivery
  • Project records
  • Communication records

Chargebacks initiated in violation of this policy may be considered fraudulent.

6. No Guarantee of Business Outcomes

Pillar Studio provides website design services only.

We do not guarantee:

  • Business results
  • Revenue increases
  • Lead generation
  • Conversion rates
  • Search rankings

No refunds will be issued based on business performance.

7. Client Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information
  • Providing requested content
  • Responding in a timely manner

Failure to provide required information does not qualify for a refund.

8. Australian Consumer Law

This policy does not exclude any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law that cannot legally be excluded.

Where required by law, remedies will be provided in accordance with applicable legislation.

9. Agreement

By completing payment through pillarstudio.com.au or Stripe, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read this Refund Policy
  • You understand this Refund Policy
  • You agree to this Refund Policy
  • You accept this Refund Policy in full
